Among the most extensively researched mushroom varieties are Lion’s Mane, Chaga, Cordyceps, Reishi, Turkey Tail, Shiitake, Maitake, and Tremella.
Functional mushrooms work in a variety of ways to support our overall health and wellness. Many of these mushrooms contain unique compounds, such as beta-glucans, that have immune-modulating effects that help to support the body’s natural defence mechanisms.

Our mushrooms have a unique story to tell. Most of our functional mushrooms are grown organically on hardwood, with a special emphasis on semi-wild environments that feature natural spring water irrigation and strict Di Dao guidelines.
Reishi is an exception, being grown on hardwood logs that are buried in the ground (the Di Dao way!), and when it comes to Chaga, we go straight to the source and harvest it wild from birch trees in Siberia.
Our Cordyceps is also grown in carefully controlled indoor environments without the use of bug bodies (100% vegan!) Our farms and forest shaded greenhouses are perched in the secluded, grassy mountains, with tailored environments for each strain, and our dedicated harvesters work tirelessly to produce the best possible crop every single harvest.
Yes, you can! This is called mushroom stacking, and it allows you to tap into extra benefits, or double up on a certain mushroom type for targeted wellbeing.

While there are no strict guidelines or rules for when to indulge, our Mush Perform Energy Blend which contain a high dosage of Cordyceps is designed to give you the kickstart you need for the day ahead, making it the perfect morning tonic.

Mush Mush functional mushrooms can simply be dissolved into hot water and consumed as a mushroom tea. You can also add our superblends into any of your favourite beverages including smoothies, coffees, juices, or slushies – you can even cook & bake with them! They are great mixed into pasta sauce or in a salad dressing.
No matter the way you consume, you will receive the incredible benefits these mushrooms have to offer!
Consistency is key when it comes to experiencing the power of our mushrooms, and while results may vary from person to person, we recommend starting with 1/2 – 1 teaspoon per day for a month to allow time for your body to truly feel the benefits. Cordyceps, Reishi, and Lion’s Mane often act fast, with results noticeable within just a few weeks (or even on the first use!). Chaga, on the other hand, may take a bit longer to take effect.
